These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ListCrawler website (the "Site"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ListCrawler.

3. Nature of the service

ListCrawler is an aggregation and indexing service. We automatically crawl and curate personal advertisements that have been publicly posted by third parties on other websites, and we display links to, and summaries of, that content in a single location for convenience. ListCrawler:

• does not create, author, or originate the underlying advertisements;
• does not host advertiser accounts or profiles;
• does not broker, arrange, or facilitate any meeting, transaction, or exchange between users;
• does not take possession of, or exercise editorial control over, the substance of third-party listings beyond ordinary indexing and curation.

The listings shown on the Site may be illustrative, cached, time-delayed, or generated for demonstration and may not reflect currently available or accurate information.

4. No endorsement or verification

We do not verify the identity, age, statements, legality, or intentions of any person or advertisement referenced on the Site. Inclusion of any listing does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by ListCrawler. Any interaction you have with a third party as a result of content found through the Site is solely between you and that third party, and you engage at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you and to your conduct.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Post, transmit, or solicit any content that is illegal, or that facilitates illegal activity;
• Use the Site if you are under 18 or to seek anyone under 18;
• Harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, or harm any other person;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site through automated means without our written permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person;
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Site without authorization.

The Site indexes and links to content and websites operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or practices of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms and policies.

10. Content removal

If you believe content indexed on or linked from the Site is unlawful, infringes your rights, or was posted without consent, please contact us at legal@listcrawler.ltd or use our DMCA procedure for copyright claims. We will review legitimate requests and remove or disable access to qualifying content promptly.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTCRAWLER AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR CONDUCT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ListCrawler is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.

16. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, stop using the Site.
